MISSION STATEMENT

Draught 55 was established in November of 2012.  Our mission is to bring the best in American craft brews to the Midtown East neighborhood of NYC in a relaxed, inviting, and friendly atmosphere.  We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and aim to make each new customer a “regular”, if not a friend.  We promise to support local brewers, offer a rotating craft beer selection, and serve quality wines, as well as the finest craft spirits and whiskeys.

We take as much pride in our food as we do our beer, so at DRAUGHT 55 you will be sure to always receive a carefully prepared fresh meal.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Draught 55 can accommodate any group, large or small, with our unique floor plan.  For larger groups of over 100 people, our glass-enclosed Atrium is the perfect setting. Complete with a separate full-service bar that includes 6 draught lines, a separate sound system that can accommodate your iPod playlist, 3 large screen TV’s, a gas fireplace, and comfortable lounge seating, the atrium is the perfect venue for your private event. This room can also be configured in such a way that smaller groups will also feel comfortable in this unique space.

For a more intimate setting, our Cellar Bar offers a truly private party experience complete with a separate entrance. The room accommodates over 50 people and also has a full-service bar complete with 6 draught lines, and a separate sound system that can accommodate your iPod playlist.  Both spaces are equipped with microphones and HDMI ready inputs for video presentations.  Guests can also reserve one of our Rustic Ten-foot communal tables in the main dining room. Our friends at “after the barn” hand made these beautiful tables from reclaimed barn wood sourced in upstate NY. They are truly works of art.
