Irish Stout • 4.2% ABV • 45 IBU Made from water, barley, roast malt extract, hops, and yeast. An old favorite.

Sweet Stout • 5.5% ABV Peanut butter, coffee and dark chocolate notes.

Mixed-Fermentation Sour • 7.3% ABV Fruity, funky and tart.

Mixed-Fermentation Sour Beer • 4.0% ABV Unfiltered and naturally wild, secondary fermentation in oak foeders on raspberries and blueberries.

Specialty Fruit Beer • 5.0% ABV A beer with additional flavors and aroma from fruit.

Wild Specialty Beer • 3.8% ABV Sour beer with taste and aroma from spices, herbs, or vegetables.

Mixed-Fermentation Sour Beer • 5.2% ABV Wild-fermented beer with funky sour flavors and a variety of aromas.

Common Cider • 5.0% ABV • 1 IBU Blend of American dessert apples and European bittersweets. Dry, light, fresh, and fruity.

8.0% ABV Medium-bodied with wine-like apple flavor.
